Growing up in the Midwest, Kait was taught the value of hard work, genuine passion, and DREAMS. She has been a dreamer ever since she can remember (cue Eleanor Roosevelt's famous quote) and it is probably no coincidence that "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac is one of her favorite songs. Having started several "businesses" as a kid, it was pretty clear that someday she would run her own show. At the age of 17, she set her sights on creating her own event planning company infused with fun. Since 2019, she has run with this vision and never looked back! In 2024 she to took Celebrait by Kait (CBK) full-time and started building a team. The ladies of CBK radiate professionalism, expertise, and a sprinkle of sparkle; and they are Kait’s proudest accomplishment. Kait’s favorite part of this role is the sincere honor of being a part of your big day, and creating special, seamless moments that will last a lifetime!!

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, Sam has recently moved back as a recent homeowner. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and playing with her new puppy, Lucy! Sam currently works full time in a recruiting position and understands the importance of providing an excellent customer experience for all. She has always loved attending weddings and enjoyed planning her own - her favorite part is seeing all the little details that make the couple unique and show their love story. She enjoys being a part of someone's special day and watching the magic unfold!
Ariana is originally from Itasca, IL, a NW Suburb of Chicago and attended Marquette University which solidified a lifelong heart tie to MKE. Having more than 5+ years of experience planning nonprofit events and social events through personal and professional ventures, she combines the learnings and successes to bring to her current position as Wedding Associate with Celebrait by Kait. Ariana has always gravitated towards the energy and beauty of events - most specifically, weddings of course!
Fun Fact: The first event Ariana ever helped plan was for Kait and Ariana's sorority, Sigma Kappa and Kait worked at the hotel where they had the event and helped her coordinate the event!

Chelsey has a background in the music business and event planning. She is excited to bring this coordination experience to the wedding industry. She has been drawn to the wedding industry from her experience in officiating weddings, being a member of bridal parties, and as a guest. Experiencing weddings from all different angles helps Chelsey truly appreciate wedding day magic and how special of a day it is for each couple. With this, Chelsey feels honored to be one of the people to bring CBK couples so much joy on their special day! Her favorite pass time is hanging with her 145 pound rescue dog, Manny. In Chelsey’s free time, you can find her in the outdoors, hiking, soaking up the sun on a patio, hanging with her friends and family, or at a park with her pup.

Kat, a true cheese head at heart, was raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After graduating from UW-Stout, she embarked on a journey to the Milwaukee area where she is currently a high school Family Consumer Science teacher. Beyond the classroom, Kat finds solace in nature, indulging hiking and exploring national parks with her husband, Mitch. Their combined love for travel reached new heights when they embarked on a cross-country honeymoon in their self-renovated van. Over three months, the two visited 37 states and 19 national parks. She and Mitch now live in the area, with their puppy Moose. While working with CBK, Kat has found that the couples and the unique details they use to personalize their day are her favorite part of her role. She loves seeing the personality of each couple come to life as she helps make their day their way.

Kinzie brings years of experience in hospitality to our team. She has worked in various restaurant settings, and gained a deep understanding of exceptional customer service. Her background in event planning has equipped her with the skills needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is drawn to the wedding industry through her very own vision board. She is excited to help CBK couples achieve their dream wedding and bring their vision boards to life! She loves to engage in her creative side, make meaningful connections with couples, and help create wedding day energy! Kinzie can't wait to apply her diverse skill set and passion for creating memorable experiences to help make every CBK couple's big day perfect.

Arelys Alcozer is a Chicago-based creative who loves making ordinary moments feel a little more magical. She has a natural gift for noticing the details that make people feel seen and celebrated, and she brings that same energy to every event she’s part of. Known for her warmth, creativity, and quick thinking, Arelys thrives behind the scenes helping things flow smoothly while adding thoughtful touches that make the day feel extra special. Her brain is basically a Pinterest board of ideas, and she’s always dreaming up ways to capture joy, tell stories, and celebrate people well. Whether it’s coordinating the details or quietly making sure everyone feels cared for, Arelys believes the best events are the ones where people feel loved, relaxed, and fully present.
Emily is a graduate of St. Norbert College and is currently an elementary teacher in the Madison area. As a former CBK bride, Emily understands the ins and outs of the wedding process from the couple's point of view and is passionate about creating a seamless, stress free experience. Outside of weddings and the classroom, Emily enjoys visiting her family's cabin in northern Wisconsin, spending time with her husband Connor, and playing with their springer spaniel Lainey. She is looking forward to helping bring couples unique vision to life and ensuring they can truly enjoy their day.
