Growing up in the Midwest, Kait was taught the value of hard work, genuine passion, and DREAMS. She has been a dreamer ever since she can remember (cue Eleanor Roosevelt's famous quote) and it is probably no coincidence that "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac is one of her favorite songs. Having started several "businesses" as a kid, it was pretty clear that someday she would run her own show. At the age of 17, she set her sights on creating her own event planning company infused with fun. Since 2019, she has run with this vision and never looked back! In 2024 she to took Celebrait by Kait (CBK) full-time and started building a team. The ladies of CBK radiate professionalism, expertise, and a sprinkle of sparkle; and they are Kait’s proudest accomplishment. Kait’s favorite part of this role is the sincere honor of being a part of your big day, and creating special, seamless moments that will last a lifetime!!

Trista was born in Hartford, WI, but grew up all around the Midwest before planting roots of her own here in 2004. In her free time, Trista loves spending time with her husband, two kids and her Frenchie, Kona. Currently, Trista is a Director of a local daycare. But she has many years of experience in event planning and catering. She loves planning events of all kinds, but weddings have always been her favorite. As a self admitted hopeless romantic, Trista's favorite part of wedding day is the first look. Within her role at CBK, she loves working directly with clients on the logistical and administrative details before the wedding day to ensure everything is seamless. She enjoys being able to help clients develop their vision and then make that vision a reality!

Shanna is originally from Buffalo, New York. But, she is happy to now call Wisconsin home. Shanna has been working in events for 15+ years. She can be found on iHeart Media’s Milwaukee and Madison’s stations regularly - check her out! In Shanna’s radio events role, she has worked with various clients and organizations to make their plans for various shows and events come to life. Now, she is eager to get started with day of coordinating to do the same with CBK couples. Shanna, and her husband Zach, recently got married in Wales, WI. Shanna absolutely loved planning her own wedding, and is excited to combine both event worlds. She can’t wait to make other couple's day as magical as her and Zach’s wedding was!

Chelsey has a background in the music business and event planning. She is excited to bring this coordination experience to the wedding industry. She has been drawn to the wedding industry from her experience in officiating weddings, being a member of bridal parties, and as a guest. Experiencing weddings from all different angles helps Chelsey truly appreciate wedding day magic and how special of a day it is for each couple. With this, Chelsey feels honored to be one of the people to bring CBK couples so much joy on their special day! Her favorite pass time is hanging with her 145 pound rescue dog, Manny. In Chelsey’s free time, you can find her in the outdoors, hiking, soaking up the sun on a patio, hanging with her friends and family, or at a park with her pup.

Kat, a true cheese head at heart, was raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After graduating from UW-Stout, she embarked on a journey to the Milwaukee area where she is currently a high school Family Consumer Science teacher. Beyond the classroom, Kat finds solace in nature, indulging hiking and exploring national parks with her husband, Mitch. Their combined love for travel reached new heights when they embarked on a cross-country honeymoon in their self-renovated van. Over three months, the two visited 37 states and 19 national parks. She and Mitch now live in the area, with their puppy Moose. While working with CBK, Kat has found that the couples and the unique details they use to personalize their day are her favorite part of her role. She loves seeing the personality of each couple come to life as she helps make their day their way.

Originally hailing from the sunny shores of Tampa Bay, Laura found a new home in the heart of cheese curd paradise – Milwaukee! From checking out trendy hotspots to hidden gems, Laura thrives on staying ahead of the curve, and is eager to explore new culinary delights. She is a proud Marquette alum that always is cheering on her team! Through embracing the city's vibrant culture and its irresistible custard goodness, Laura brings a blend of coastal charm and Midwestern warmth to every celebraition. She values the level of detail that working in the wedding industry demands. Laura joined the CBK team, to help celebrait each couple's love story and make their big day dreams come true!

Kinzie brings years of experience in hospitality to our team. She has worked in various restaurant settings, and gained a deep understanding of exceptional customer service. Her background in event planning has equipped her with the skills needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. She is drawn to the wedding industry through her very own vision board. She is excited to help CBK couples achieve their dream wedding and bring their vision boards to life! She loves to engage in her creative side, make meaningful connections with couples, and help create wedding day energy! Kinzie can't wait to apply her diverse skill set and passion for creating memorable experiences to help make every CBK couple's big day perfect.

Ariana is originally from Itasca, IL, a NW Suburb of Chicago and attended Marquette University which solidified a lifelong heart tie to MKE. Having more than 5+ years of experience planning nonprofit events and social events through personal and professional ventures, she combines the learnings and successes to bring to her current position as Wedding Associate with Celebrait by Kait. Ariana has always gravitated towards the energy and beauty of events - most specifically, weddings of course!
Fun Fact: The first event Ariana ever helped plan was for Kait and Ariana's sorority, Sigma Kappa and Kait worked at the hotel where they had the event and helped her coordinate the event!
